I can refer you to reputable contractors. To get the most out of your investment it is important to rehab, recondition, refurbish, decorate, and/or landscape it quickly by relying on a contractor or contractors you can trust. It is not always easy to find reliable, competent contractors who are able and willing to immediately drop everything to work on your properties, especially in Las Vegas. Profitability depends on your ability to purchase properties at advantageous prices, improve them at advantageous prices, and resell or utilize them at quickly as possible. The faster you fix up the property, the faster you will profit. Most properties require at least cosmetic work, and many require substantial upgrades to obtain top dollar. We know excellent contractors that we have used for decorating, painting, tile, carpet, electrical, plumbing, garage doors, landscaping, carpentry, additions and more. We are happy to refer our contractors to investors, if you agree to pay them promptly. We can also advise you with regard to inexpensive unskilled labor, staging homes for sale, furnishings, open houses, inexpensive MLS listings and more. We ask only that you pay the contractors we refer to you promptly which is good advice in any case. You can usually expect to pay 50% in advance, and then go to the property in person to immediately pay the balance in full on the same day as completion. Pay a contractor fast, and he will always put your work ahead of others. That is what it takes to get and keep good contractors in Las Vegas.
